WHAT WE DO
Truck Accidents
Car Accidents
Truck accidents are different than car accidents because they involve commercial trucking companies and insurance policies. Determining liability after a trucking accident is a logistical nightmare. Truck accidents are catastrophic from an injury perspective and are complex from a legal standpoint, because multiple parties can all be held liable. Therefore, it is crucial for truck accident victims to consult with a Boston truck accident attorney as soon as possible.
There are more than three million drivers in the greater Boston metropolitan area, which means that car accidents are unfortunately inevitable. In some cases, car accidents can result in serious injury, massive property damage, and even death. If a car crash leaves you injured, it is imperative that you contact a Boston car accident lawyer as soon as possible for help navigating the legal system.
Slip and fall accidents, while common, can result in serious injuries that may be grounds for demanding compensation from a liable party. If you are injured by slipping and falling in unsafe conditions, you might be entitled to financial restitution from the property owner or other responsible person or agency.
No matter how safe a cyclist is, bicycle accidents can still occur. When they do, they can result in serious damage, particularly if they involve a motor vehicle. If you were involved in a bicycle accident, the best way to ensure that your rights are protected and your interests are well represented is usually to contact a Boston bicycle accident lawyer as soon as possible.
Dog bites can result in serious and severe injuries. More than a million have to see a doctor for their injuries, and many end up needing surgery to fix the serious damage. If you are bitten by a dog, you may be entitled to recover a settlement from the dog’s owner to offset the costs of your injuries. Contact a Boston dog bite lawyer at your earliest convenience to begin working toward a recovery.
There are probably few people you trust more than your medical care providers. Unfortunately, if you are hurt by the people that are supposed to be taking care of you, the results can be devastating.
